Our nearest train stations are Hereford (25 minutes) and Gloucester (50 minutes)

Alla Prima Inside & Out
Over two full days we’ll be painting both indoors and outdoors, weather permitting. In the studio we’ll work from still life — floral arrangements or another subject of your choice — and outdoors we’ll explore the gardens and the nearby countryside along the River Wye. This workshop is suitable for most experience levels. Some prior painting experience is helpful, but complete beginners are very welcome. I’ll guide you throughout, and you can expect a challenging yet rewarding weekend.
We’ll begin with a relaxed welcome drink and optional dinner, then settle in for two full days of painting together. The studio will be open early until late, and the surrounding grounds offer excellent opportunities for outdoor work if the weather allows.
